Meet the management team
Established since 1997, the management team has grown into a stable, loyal and dependable team. Over the years, each member of staff has remained dedicated to personally knowing all individuals within their care, enabling them to provide the best personalised support possible.
Sohila qualified as a Part 1 Registered Nurse in 1983 from Brent and Harrow Health Authority. She worked for many years in London hospitals before moving to Berkshire and worked in a nursing home for the elderly. She setup The Link Nursing & Care Agency Ltd in 1997 and now is the Registered Manager for Link Support. She holds the NVQ Level 4 Registered Managers Award.
Brian Martin, CMgr FCMI MCFHP MAFHP
Brian Joined Link Support in 2009. He has twenty years of experience in the Civil Service including operational managerial level. He holds management level qualifications including Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services.
He is a Chartered Fellow of The Chartered Management Institute and a Member of the Association of Foothealth Professionals and holds a Diploma in Foot Health Practice (Distinction).
Bohdana joined Link Support in 2004. She holds the NVQ Level 4 Registered Managers Award. She has a wealth of experience caring for older people, adults with learning disabilities including challenging behaviour.
Clare has been in Health & Social Care for fifteen years and has been with the Link Support since 2010. She has experience caring for older people as well as people with learning disabilities. Clare holds the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services.
